Ordering from FamiGifts is easy! Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button in that product's description page. You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of the page. If you decide to remove an item from your cart, just click "Remove" to the right of the product you would like to remove. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your shopping cart. To do this, type in the new quantity and click on the "Update Shopping Cart" button. Assuming the quantity you have requested is available, you will now see the adjusted quantities as well as your new subtotal (if you enter a quantity that is greater than the quantity available, your purchase quantity will reflect the maximum quantity available). 
If your order has not yet been shipped and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us at sale@famigifts.com. Please note that no order may be canceled or modified once it has been shipped. In those cases, you may follow the return instructions if you decide not to keep the product after having received it.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), and PayPal.
Currently we only ship to some countries (check it here). If your country is not on the list, please contact us.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the shipping weight of your item(s).

Yes, The system will automatic calculation of shipping cost when you placed an order.
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
Please allow 24-48 hours for all orders to be processed/shipped after receiving cleared payment. For orders placed during non-business hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays, will not be processed until regular business hours have resumed.
On average, orders arrive to the destination address in 10 - 30 days. Delivery time to America about 20 - 30 days, to Europe about 14 - 21 days, to Asia about 10 - 14 days. We can not guarantee the delivery time is correct, can be delayed from 5 - 7 days.

Refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order.

If your return is in any way a result of an error by FamiGifts, we will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning.

If the return is not the result of an error by FamiGifts, you will be responsible for all shipping and gift box costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at FamiGifts center.

No refunds will be available after the 30-day returns period has expired.
