What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 12 hours window and/or because of the producing reason. Please note that our products are made to order hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
What is the return & exchange policy?
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. Please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.
Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received in normal condition it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

In most cases, we will replace your order if there is a problem such as a defect or broken in transit. Our process takes 1-3 business days to produce as we need to check for defects before shipping.
If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one. Once we received your information and it is sufficient, we will reship a new one within 2 days.
In most cases, we will replace your order if there is a problem such as a defect or broken in transit.

No return or cancel when you use any coupons. We only refund or cancel if they are broken or damaged.
Shipping fee will NOT be refundable once the item has shipped.
Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers' mistakes on shipping address or customers' unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers' living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund.
